What’s on offer?

Join us for a dynamic event focused on dementia and technology, which will open with short talks on the latest developments in generative AI, like ChatGPT, and their potential to support those affected by dementia. You will then have the chance to design your own technological solutions, predict future advancements, and discuss what technologies would be most helpful for those affected by dementia (one hour), followed by 30 minutes of discussion and a Q&A.

What’s it about?

There are a wide range of possibilities when it comes to technology and dementia, and with the rising popularity of generative AI such as ChatGPT, it’s important to explore how these new technologies can be beneficial to those with dementia. You will gain insights into how these technologies are being used to support those living with dementia and explore the possibilities for future innovations. How could these technologies be applied to dementia care? What does current research say? What could future technologies look like? These are questions we will go on to answer!

It’s an opportunity to learn about current research, share ideas, and contribute to the future of dementia care through technology. Whether you're a healthcare professional, a technology enthusiast, or simply interested in the future of dementia, this event offers a unique opportunity to engage with the latest innovations and collaborate with others who share your interests.
