Green Academy: A Showcase of Sustainable Gastronomy

What’s on offer?

The event will begin with a 15-minute presentation about Sustainable Gastronomy and a 25-minute panel discussion about green restaurant leadership. Attendees will be invited to a backstage tour of the newly refurbished Academy Restaurant to learn about the restaurant's environmental best practices. 

What’s it about?

Be our guest as we open the doors to the newly refurbished Academy Restaurant, located at Ulster University’s Belfast campus.  This event’s starter will be a presentation on Sustainable Gastronomy, followed by a panel discussion on green restaurant leadership.  The main event will be a backstage tour of the new restaurant to learn about the restaurant's environmental best practices. Finally, a dessert of coffee will be served to attendees, along with a conversation on Sustainable Gastronomy.
