This event will explore housing conditions, enforcement and affordability in the city's private rented sector. It will review current efforts by the council to address these issues and discuss potential improvements to enhance housing standards and affordability.

Helen Carr Professor of Property and Social Justice at the Law School at Southampton, and Dr Mark Jordan a lecturer in the law school
