What’s on offer?

A workshop examining the experience of teachers since 7th October 2023 in managing the Israel-Gaza crisis in schools. We will be examining this through the sharing of recent research and a training session from a peace educator.

What’s it about?

In this workshop, we will be discussing the findings of a recent research project examining how teachers have been dealing with the Gaza crisis in schools. There will also be a training section on how educators can respond to the events in Israel and Palestine.

Dr Anna Liddle (Lecturer in Education, Sheffield Institute of Education) and Ellis Brooks (Peace Education Co-ordinator, Quakers in Britain).
