A journey from hopelessness to hopefulness

Lifelong wellbeing theme

What’s on offer?

Those involved in the project were encouraged to document their experiences through photography. This interactive and immersive exhibition will showcase their journeys, as well as providing the opportunity to share your own health and wellbeing experiences and get advice from the project team.

What’s it about?

Research has found a consistent link between obesity and unemployment, with people on low incomes more likely to have low-quality diets and experience food insecurities. The ASPIRE project sought to address these interlinked issues through promoting healthier lifestyles and employability skills across nine locations in England and France.
