What's on offer?

Do you ever feel like you’re just getting through the day, ticking off tasks but missing deeper purpose, creativity, or connection in your working life? This event invites you to step out of “survival mode” and discover how LEGO Serious Play can help us reimagine how we work, learn, and thrive.

Join Dr Tammi Sinha, Director of Studies for Undergraduate Programmes at Surrey Business School, for an energising, hands-on workshop that uses the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to spark fresh thinking, meaningful dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving.

Through guided activities and group conversations, you’ll explore:

What kind of work-life do you really want?

How play and creativity can help us tackle complex challenges.

New ways to listen, reflect, and connect with others.

What's it about?

This event is designed for young people (16–25) exploring career paths, adults in transition seeking more balance and purpose, and anyone curious about new approaches to wellbeing and collaboration. No prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to build, reflect, and share.

You’ll leave the workshop with fresh insights about yourself and your working life, along with practical tools to support everyday reflection and collaboration. Most importantly, you’ll take away a renewed sense of connection, creativity, and possibility to carry forward into both your personal and professional life.

Expect a lively, inclusive, and thought-provoking experience, where playful methods lead to serious breakthroughs!

Who's leading the event?
