What’s on offer?

Interactive workshop offering the latest information and support for parents and early years professionals on tech use and children. Workshop will be delivered by Swansea University education researchers.

What’s it about?

Digital technology use in early childhood is a long-debated subject. Parents continue to suffer anxiety about how best to support young children with digital experiences, partly because of conflicting messages in the press and confusing information about child technology use from a variety of sources, including contradictory advice in official guidelines.

In this hands-on, interactive workshop parents and early years professionals will not only gain the latest information and support but get useful tips and suggestions for both parents and practitioners on tech use and children. The workshop will also provide parents and practitioners the chance to make their views heard and contribute to on-going research in this field.
