What’s on offer?

Join us for an immersive event designed to help employers and HR professionals gain a deeper understanding of the experiences of autistic employees. Led by the President-Elect of the British Psychological Society, this session will provide insight into the sensory challenges faced by many autistic individuals and offer practical strategies to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment.

Participants will also learn about the diagnostic process for autism and why some employees may not yet have a formal diagnosis, despite showing traits of neurodiversity. The event will explore the unique strengths that autistic individuals bring to the workplace, from innovative problem-solving to attention to detail, and discuss how small adjustments can unlock these talents to foster a thriving workplace for all employees.
