You'll be invited to share your own stories and opinions too before hearing about some of the latest research which explore the topic of the challenges fathers face as 'dad at work'.
The event will finish with coffee and cake and chance to connect and meet other parents in similar situations.
The event aims to highlight the importance of parental equality, particularly for stay at home fathers. There will be exploration of the challenges facing fathers and practical steps to over come them.
Attendees will gain an increased awareness of the 'fatherhood forfeit', how to support dads who want to reduce their working hours in order to take a more active involvement in caregiving.
