What's it about?
Come along to a fun, hands-on event celebrating the incredible roles dogs play in schools, homes, and communities! From boosting confidence to supporting learning and well-being, discover how dogs are making a real difference in people’s lives.
With nearly 14 million dogs living in UK homes and appearing in many favourite books, films, and TV shows, dogs are a big part of everyday life. It’s easy to see why children love spending time with them, but it’s just as important to help them learn how to interact safely and confidently with dogs as a key life skill. This event helps families and children build essential life skills around safe, respectful and confident dog interactions, all in a fun and friendly way.
Whether you're a parent, teacher, child, or simply a dog lover, come along and join us at this tail-wagging event, and find out how we can build stronger, safer connections between dogs and the people who love them.

Helen Lewis, Associate Professor in Education and Childhood Studies at Swansea University
