What's it about?

The UK is on a mission to achieve net zero by 2050 — and green jobs and skills are at the heart of this transformation.

Be part of the conversation at our exciting panel event dedicated to the future of green careers and sustainable skills. Hear from leading voices across Greater Manchester, including experts from a range of sectors who are driving change and shaping opportunities in this vital area.

This event is hosted in collaboration with EDRC (Energy Demand Research Centre) and the JUST Centre (Centre for Joined-up Sustainability Transformations). he EDRC addresses the unique opportunity to realise benefits from energy demand reductions in industry, businesses, transport and homes. The JUST Centre focuses on the pursuit of sustainability transformations that are people-centred, ‘joined-up’ and socially just and is funded by the UKRI Building a Green Future strategic theme and the ESRC.
