What's on offer?

A full-day interactive workshop using Theatre of the Oppressed methods to explore hidden forms of workplace inequities, microaggressions, and intercultural tensions, with a focus on East Asian experiences. Participants will engage in embodied games, interactive exercises, and co-created performances to explore and reflect on workplace dynamics.

What's it about?

This workshop explores the often hidden and subtle forms of inequality that shape our everyday experiences of work, study, and collaboration. Using Theatre of the Oppressed methods, participants will become spect-actors—both spectators and actors—experimenting with new perspectives and rehearsing creative responses to real-life challenges. Through embodied practices, we will use the body as a way of knowing, explore intercultural tensions, and imagine more equitable, inclusive, and caring workplaces together.
