What's on offer?
As part of an exciting project on Polish motherhood, we are hosting a two-part photography workshop – a relaxed, friendly space where you can explore your everyday life through photography and share your story.
You’ll learn how to use a camera, capture moments from your daily life, and reflect on what they mean to you. This workshop is about celebrating your voice, your life, and your story.
There will also be a photography exhibition which will showcase postgraduate research on the topic of Polish motherhood.

Are you curious, creative, and up for something a little different? Come join a unique photographic workshop designed just for you – a space to connect, express yourself, and have some fun through the lens of a camera!

The workshops are open to Polish mothers living in Manchester – no experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to explore!
The exhibition is open to all adults.

The exhibition will be for anyone interested in photography, particiaptory research, community and belonging.
Scheduling information
Workshops:
Monday, 15 October - Workshop 1: Meet the group, learn how to use the camera at Platzki Polish Restaurant www.platzki.co.uk - 3pm-4pm
Thursday 6, November - Workshop 2: Share your photos and stories with the group at Friends Meeting House, 6 Mount Street, Manchester M2 5NS
Both sessions are held on weekdays.

The exhibition will be held at SEESAW, 86 Princess St, Manchester M1 6NG. It will be open at the following times:
Saturday November 1, 10am to 5.30pm
Monday November 3, 10am to 8pm
Tuesday November 4, 10am to 4pm
Wednesday November 5, 10am to 4pm
