Move, Power, Pause: Women’s Health in Motion
Normalising women's health from puberty to post-menopause
Date & time
29 October 2025 | 09.00-16.00

What's on offer?
Join us for Move, Power, Pause: a free, inclusive drop-in day of games, workshops and free health screenings, exploring how physical activity can support women’s health throughout life and how barriers like stigma, fatigue, and pain can get in the way.
What's it about?
Periods, pregnancy, menopause, and more - women’s bodies go through a lot. But too often, the health experiences of women and girls are misunderstood, under-discussed, or overlooked.
Drop in to try interactive games that challenge period myths, explore different menstrual products, or take part in a “powerlifting for resilience” session.
Learn how physical activity can support bone, heart, and mental health, or join a body mapping workshop to reflect on how movement feels at different stages of life.
We’re also offering a free 20-minute health screening, including basic body measurements, blood pressure, and a finger-prick blood test. From this, you’ll get personalised health information as well as advice on risk factors.
Whether you're a teen, a parent, a coach, or just curious, there’s something for everyone of all ages, genders, and fitness levels.
