What's on offer?
Come along to a friendly and interactive workshop designed for women going through menopause. Each 1.5–2 hour session includes gentle, strength-based movement that everyone can try, along with simple reflection activities and group discussions. Together we’ll explore the challenges and opportunities around being active during menopause, and share ideas and experiences in a supportive space. The sessions are led by Hannah Campbell, a qualified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Open to women who are pre-, peri-, or post-menopausal.
What's it about?
This event is all about supporting women in midlife to feel more confident and comfortable with physical activity during the menopause transition. Many women face barriers to staying active at this stage of life, yet movement and especially strength training can play a big role in supporting health, wellbeing, and confidence.
Across two in-person sessions, participants will take part in guided strength exercises, simple reflection activities, and group conversations about their experiences. The workshops are hands-on and welcoming, with no prior fitness experience required. They offer a chance to try new activities, talk openly about the impact of menopause, and explore what helps or hinders women from getting involved in exercise.
The aim is to create an encouraging space where women can share experiences, learn from each other, and leave with practical ideas and resources to support their wellbeing. Whether you’re curious about strength training, looking for community support, or just want to explore how movement can help during menopause, this event is for you.
