What's on offer?

She Can Lead is a personal branding and leadership day programme designed to encourage young women from all backgrounds to use digital media platforms positively to build their visibility and influence.

What's it about?

This programme will show participants how to use digital platforms to reflect their true values, strengths, and leadership potential, with tips on professional personal branding. Through an interactive workshop, participants will also create their own brand identity by defining what makes them unique, how they want to be perceived, and what their brand identity should be.

In today’s competitive job market, some organisations now assess candidates beyond their CVs. Many now request links to social media profiles to understand how an individual’s values, personality, and leadership potential are reflected in their social interactions. This emphasises the importance of developing a strong personal brand that communicates who you are, what you stand for, and how you engage with the world.

Featuring a DIY Branding Lab and a Masterclass on “Building Your Brand From Within”,  the event will also include talks from accomplished women leaders who have successfully navigated gender-based societal barriers and achieved leadership success.

Who's leading the event?

Diana Eseka, Strategic Communication and Digital Branding Expert, PhD. Candidate in Media Studies, Swansea University.
