The 90-minute immersive workshop is designed to support wellbeing and work-life balance through a deeply restorative experience. You’ll be guided through a restorative yoga and sound healing workshop, including breathwork and a gentle, calming yoga practice  using props to support the body in restful postures, allowing for deep relaxation and healing. Sound healing with crystal singing bowls allows you to bathe in therapeutic vibrations.  The resonant tones of crystal bowls help shift brainwaves into meditative states, encouraging deep rest.
