What's on offer?

A co-production workshop to develop The Travelling Power Station - an exhibition on community and energy.

What's it about?

The way we generate and use electricity is changing. As a result communities around the UK are getting involved in energy in new ways - creating local power stations, campaigning for better transport, finding the best ways of reducing bills. We are creating an exhibition about this energy revolution, and we want you to help us shape it. What do you want to know about the energy we use? What knowledge do you have that you would like to share? And what would make you interested in coming along to an exhibition like this? Join us to see some of the activities and exhibits we have created so far, and help us make an exhibition for change.

Who's leading the event?

Hannah Knox, Professor of Social Anthropology at the University of Manchester

Open to

Everybody - but registration is necessary.

Of particular interest to

Residents of Greater Manchester, groups interested in community energy
