Join us to explore practical workplace barriers and facilitators to ageing women's workplace wellbeing and a launch of a policy brief with recommendations for policy and practice. Let's lead a conversation about policy change in Greater Manchester and beyond. 15 minute presentation followed by a panel discussion with members of the WOW@Work_GM steering group.

What's it about?

There will be a series of evidence based policy and practice recommendations presented based on survey data from women in work in Greater Manchester aged 4o and over exploring their workplace well-being and symptoms of the peri-menopause and menopause.
