What’s on offer?

An interactive event about small changes to food preparation

What’s it about?

This interactive event highlights how small changes to food preparation can improve our diets, health and overall life chances. Our modern day diets are often dominated by high fat and sugary foods such as white bread and soft drinks whilst being low on fruit, vegetables and fibre. The event will show you how to change traditional Yorkshire foods for healthier versions that don't compromise on taste and are affordable.

Open to all, no booking necessary.

Who’s leading the event?

Dr Viren Ranawana and Dr Tanefa Apekey, University of Sheffield
