There are two car parks close by:
Clarendon Road (PayByPhone) and Borehamwood Shopping Park (max stay 3 hours). Both have access to disabled parking and charging points for EVs.
The site has several features to ensure accessibility. These include lifts, a wet room and disabled toilets.

Arts, Health and Our Communities is a family-friendly event exploring the links between creativity, wellbeing and local community life. Visitors can take part in an interactive exhibition sharing real stories from University of Hertfordshire research, with opportunities to reflect on safety, health and community, and find ways to make a difference. Children and families can enjoy creative activities, including designing a “health hero”, crafts, role play and much more! Meet local organisations and charities to gain information, advice and support on health, finances, community activities and ways to get involved locally.
What's it about?
Join us in a welcoming, family-friendly event bringing people together to explore what helps us feel healthy, safe, supported and connected. Through creativity, play and conversation, the day invites children, families and local residents to think about the role we all play in building caring communities.
Visitors can take part in an interactive exhibition inspired by University of Hertfordshire research, sharing real stories and experiences in a thoughtful and accessible way. The event will also include hands-on creative activities for all ages, including designing a “health hero”, family crafts, role play and much more!
Alongside the creative activities, local organisations and charities will be on hand to offer information, advice and support on topics such as health and wellbeing, parenting, finances, community activities and ways to get involved locally.
At its heart, the event is about using arts and creativity to open up important conversations. It is a chance to learn something new, share ideas, meet local groups, and celebrate the strength, care and creativity already present in our communities.
