What's on offer?
Drop-in workshops exploring how social science can be approached creatively.
What's it about?
Would you like to explore the world around you in a different way? Come and join us for a creative hands-on interactive workshop! Led by academics from the School of Social and Spatial Sciences, you will have the opportunity to be a social scientist for a day and to explore and make the world you live in using creative methods. Experiment with mapping, collaging, sketching, storyboarding and modelling as ways of exploring, seeing, feeling, thinking and talking about the world around you. All workshop activities are free and all materials will be provided. Please note this event is part of Cardiff University's 'Be a Social Scientist' day on Tuesday 27th October 2026.
